How to Handle Stress and Problems

We get hit with stress and problems on a daily basis. These stress and problem factors can come from our family and work related. At times it feels that we are in a boxing match. It can take its toll on us emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Sometimes we wish we could hide, travel to a distant land or disappear. We just want to get away and hope the stress dissipates.

Some stress from our family could be financial, emotional, physical, spiritual.
